"Bowling"
Sticking your face in front of the hand dryer is much more exciting than bowling anyway....
Holden's new playset
Although he only uses 3 out of the 6 elements, he REALLY enjoys those 3 things!
First Trick-or-treat experience
First attempt- lets go to a neigbor he knows! Across the street we go!!!! After whapping our elderly neighbor with his pumpkin while she tried to give him candy, we quickly retreated back home. We did venture out later with the promise of more candy, and Holden succesfully tricked- and-treated at 3 houses!
Fun for all ages!
Holden had a blast celebrating cousin Lilly's 3rd Birthday- after about 20 minutes of nervous crying/screaming at Monkey Joe's...

Chillax-a-loungin
We had to get creative after 7 straight days of rain here in Charlotte. Good thing we have plenty of cushions to make tents and obstacle courses.
I got these here rocks!
and I throw them in the water, pick them up, and do it all over again. for hours.

Holden has been very successful with the potty to his parents excitement! He spends most time at home naked or in "udeez" for greatest success rate, which also makes photo-ops pretty limited.
You're so vain..
One of Holden's favorite things to do is smile for the camera, then run over and look at the image. This makes it very hard to take videos...

"So I went to the florist, mom,
and asked the guy what flowers to get to say "Sorry-I- flooded -the- bathroom -through- the- floor- and then- broke- your- favorite -bracelet" and heres what he gave me. Pretty good, right?!?"

This year, Holden is old enough to actually make protests if he doesn't like something (instead of last summer when we forced him to like things) so we were a little nervous to see his reaction over this so called beach thing...
